We created Anderna in a market that many believe to be saturated (with roughly as many sales training companies as there are plumbers in France!) – we believe that there is room for a truly different sales training firm.

  • All the experts agree that markets and purchasing behavior are changing.

  • This can be seen with our regular publication of books on business efficiency. Today, Halifax is the most published French company in this field. We will have even more publications next year when we publish two new works that are already in the pipeline. These publications bring more than just pride to our company. Different because of our outlook

  • We do not hire trainers. We recruit true sales professionals. We teach them our training principles and share with them the desire to help partners and participants grow! We are convinced that, with experienced sales teams and managers, teaching methods aren't enough unless they goes hand-in-hand with real ability to understand the complicated reality on the ground and to provide concrete solutions.
  • We know that time for training is scarce. Halifax does not organize time-consuming discussions or present complex practical cases requiring significant prep time to understand the context. On the contrary we avoid time-intensive activities that, in the name of teaching, eat away at real training time.
  • We do not believe that stress is an effective training tool. Behavioral training, by nature, scares away future participants. Will I put my career at risk? Are they going to make me do things I don't know how to do? We want your employees to be relaxed and comfortable. To ensure this, we place them in "successful situations," all while maintaining our demands on them. Our training methods focus on facilitating this by combining rigor with a friendly atmosphere. It is absolutely possible to work seriously and intensely without useless pressure.
